Terms & Conditions
Order Confirmation
All pre-orders are confirmed only upon full payment. Orders without payment by the stated deadline will be automatically cancelled.
Lead Time
Cut-off dates for pre-orders are fixed and cannot be extended.
Payment
Payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable once the order is confirmed.
Changes & Amendments
Requests to modify order details (collection date, items, quantities, recipient details) must be made at least 72 hours before collection/delivery. Changes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Cancellations
All confirmed orders cannot be cancelled. As all products are freshly made, no refunds will be issued for no-shows, late collections, or order cancellations.
Collection / Pick-Up Policy
Customers are responsible for collecting orders at the selected date and time. Products not collected within the same day may be disposed of due to food safety, with no refunds issued.
Delivery Policy
Delivery is subject to availability and charged separately. Customers must ensure accurate delivery information. Failed deliveries due to incorrect details or recipient unavailability will require re-delivery at additional cost.
Product Handling & Storage
Please follow the recommended storage and serving instructions. Bastille is not liable for product quality issues resulting from improper handling after collection or delivery.
Service Notes
Our products are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy.
While we offer items without certain ingredients, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Customers with severe allergies are advised to consume at their own discretion.
All items are freshly baked on the day of collection/delivery, best enjoyed on the same day; refrigeration may affect texture for certain pastries.
