These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bastille’s website, menu information, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
2.1 Orders via partners. Online/pre-orders are placed and paid for on third-party ordering/POS platforms (the “Platform”). When you click to order, you will transact on the Platform under its own terms and privacy policy.
2.2 Independent processors. The Platform (and its payment gateway) acts as an independent provider. Bastille does not store your full card details and is not responsible for the Platform’s availability, payment processing, fees, or outages.
2.3 Receipts & updates. Receipts, order confirmations, and delivery/pick-up updates are issued by the Platform.
3.1 Fresh & seasonal. Our items are handcrafted in small batches. Menu descriptions, photos, prices, and availability are indicative and may change without prior notice.
3.2 Price accuracy. We take care to display accurate prices; however, occasional errors may occur. If we discover a material pricing error, we may cancel or propose an alternative before fulfilment.
3.3 Allergens & dietary info. We operate in a shared kitchen; trace cross-contact may occur. Please review item notes and contact us for guidance before ordering. We cannot guarantee allergen-free items.
4.1 Acceptance. Your order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when the order is released to production. We may decline or cancel (with a refund via the Platform) for reasons including unavailability, suspected fraud, or operational constraints.
4.2 Changes/Cancellations by you. Request changes or cancellations within the Platform and before the order is released to production. Once preparation has started, changes/cancellations may not be possible. Platform service/transaction fees may be non-refundable under the Platform’s policy.
4.3 Operational changes. We may reasonably substitute items (e.g., garnish/decoration) of comparable value or quality if ingredients are unavailable.
5.1 Windows & ID. Please collect within the stated time window and present proof of order. For delivery, ensure someone is available to receive.
5.2 Delivery scope. Delivery areas, fees, and timing are set by the Platform (or its delivery partner). Risk of loss passes on completion of delivery/pick-up at the address/time you selected.
5.3 Holding & quality. Our products are perishable and best consumed promptly. We are not responsible for quality degradation due to late pick-up, storage conditions, or failed delivery attempts.
6.1 Perishables (no returns). Returns are not accepted once items leave our premises.
6.2 Wrong/Missing/Damaged. Contact us within 24 hours with order number and photos. If verified, we may offer a replacement, credit, or refund for affected items (see Refund Policy).
6.3 Platform/payment problems. For payment failures, duplicate charges, or app errors, please contact the Platform’s support. Resolution timelines depend on the Platform and your bank.
7.1 Eligibility. Promotions/vouchers are subject to stated terms (validity dates, usage limits, minimum spend) and may not be combined unless stated.
7.2 Abuse & errors. We may cancel benefits if abuse, fraud, or error is detected.
7.3 Non-transferable. Unless expressly allowed, promotions and credits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
8.1 Ownership. All content on our website (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by Bastille or its licensors.
8.2 Limited use. You may browse and share links for personal, non-commercial use. Any reproduction, modification, or commercial use requires prior written consent.
You agree not to: (a) misuse the Services; (b) attempt to interfere with security or operations; (c) use bots/scrapers without permission; (d) submit unlawful or harmful content; or (e) infringe third-party rights.
We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore’s PDPA and our Privacy Policy. When you order via the Platform, your data is also governed by the Platform’s privacy policy. See our Privacy Policy for details on access, correction, retention, and cross-border transfers.
11.1 As-is basis. The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11.2 Platform availability. We do not warrant uninterrupted access to third-party Platforms or their payment services.
11.3 Allergens. While we take care, we do not warrant that products are allergen-free due to shared facilities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bastille shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; (b) losses arising from Platform outages or payment processing; or (c) losses caused by failure to follow collection, storage, or consumption instructions. Nothing excludes liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Bastille harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., supply disruptions, government measures, public health events, weather, network outages).
We may update the menu, pricing, and these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably. If unresolved, disputes may be brought before the Singapore courts.
17.1 Severability. If a provision is found invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
17.2 No assignment. You may not assign your rights without our consent. We may assign to an affiliate or in connection with a business transfer.
17.3 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the entire agreement regarding the Services.
